Sustainability at BICA is a concrete and ongoing commitment. We invest in energy efficiency, responsible use of materials and continuous improvement of our production processes to reduce environmental impact and support a more sustainable future.
During production, BICA recovers and reuses manufacturing scraps, semi‑finished materials and non‑conforming products, reintegrating them into the production cycle. This process supports a circular economy model, reducing waste and improving the efficiency of material use without compromising product reliability or durability. Product design also takes end‑of‑life recyclability into account, encouraging more responsible and sustainable consumption.

A significant share of the materials used in our products comes from recycled sources. Packaging is largely made from recycled materials. Products and packaging are designed to be fully recyclable. Our approach aims to reduce waste, limit the use of virgin raw materials and optimise resource efficiency, while maintaining high quality and performance standards.
