2. Product Quality - We ensure: practicality, reliability, appealing design, excellent quality‑to‑price ratio, full compliance with applicable product safety regulations

3. Continuous Innovation We constantly update product lines, technologies and processes to maintain high performance and market competitiveness.

4. Process Control - We monitor every critical phase of production, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

5. Quality Culture - We promote an internal culture based on efficiency, responsibility and continuous improvement, in line with ISO 9001 requirements.

Quality Policy

To this end, BICA SPA promotes and develops the following activities:

  • Context and Stakeholder Analysis - We systematically assess our operational context and the needs of relevant stakeholders, as required by ISO 9001.

  • ISO 9001‑Compliant Management System - Our Quality Management System is maintained and improved through: internal audits, management reviews, performance indicators, corrective and preventive actions

  • Continuous Improvement - We review goals, performance and improvement actions every year to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of our Quality Management System. This commitment to continuous improvement is a core ISO 9001 requirement.

  • Leadership Commitment - Top Management ensures that the Quality Policy is: aligned with the organisation’s purpose and strategic direction, communicated and understood at all levels, available to interested parties, consistently reviewed for relevance and effectiveness. This policy also provides the framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives.
