BICA Quality Policy

BICA SPA main target is the complete satisfaction of customer needs through the offering of a range of customized products for the home, garden, camping, and leisure, in plastic materials.

This objective is pursued through:

Quality Policy

Constant attention to the quality of products in terms of practicality, reliability, attractiveness, and price;

Compliance with product safety requirements in accordance with applicable regulations;

Constant innovation of product lines and expansion of the range where possible;

Identification and analysis of the organization's strengths;

Control over individual phases and/or critical activities in the production process;

Identification of inefficiencies in the process;

Reduction of Non-Conformities;

Customer Satisfaction

Promote a "Culture for Quality" in terms of efficiency and effectiveness;

Maintenance and improvement of the Company Quality System in accordance with ISO 9001 Standard.

Quality Policy

To this end, BICA SPA promotes and develops the following activities:

  • Analysis of stakeholders and the context in which the company operates, evaluating actions to address risks and opportunities related to processes and the operating context;

  • Management of the Company Quality System in accordance with ISO 9001 Standard;

  • Periodic reviews by Management and Responsible Parties to evaluate the effectiveness of the Quality System;

  • Planning and execution of internal audits on the Quality System processes;

  • Continuous and constant monitoring of each phase of the production process by appropriately trained personnel;

  • Disclosure and sharing with the company's collaborators of Quality Objectives related to the various primary business processes, followed by an analysis of the results achieved;

  • Monitoring of personnel suitability for carrying out the assigned task;

  • Assessment of the need for any new resources;

  • Involvement of all personnel with a view to continuous improvement;

  • All this can only be achieved through the full cooperation of all BICA SPA personnel, and it is essential in order to remain competitive in a constantly evolving market and in an environment that is increasingly demanding in terms of quality, efficiency, price, reliability, performance, and image;
